Published rates for space, power, ports, and transit.

Colocation pricing is usually hidden behind a sales call. Ours is not. Here are the rates we actually bill, broken out so you can build your own estimate before you talk to us.

A minimum viable footprint — 1U, one 208V amp, and the included 1G port — starts at $73 per month.

$73/moEntry footprint: 1U, one 208V amp, 1G port included.
$5.00/URack space per unit per month at ten units and above.
$63.18Per 208V amp per month, metered.
$5.53Starting monthly price for a 50 Mbps 95th-percentile transit commit.

Colocation bills break down into four things: the space, the power, the port, and the traffic. Price each one and you have your monthly cost.

Rack space

Billed per rack unit, with volume pricing once you pass nine units.

Rack space
ItemMonthlySetup
1U – 9U$10.00per U / month
10U and above$5.00per U / month
Half cabinet — 21U$75.00per month
Full cabinet — 45U, 4kW, 1×10G uplink$1,315.00per month$2,250.00

The full cabinet is bundled below the à-la-carte sum of its parts, so a committed cabinet is always cheaper than assembling the same footprint by the unit.

Power

Metered at 208V. Priced per amp, or per watt for low-draw deployments.

Power
ItemMonthlySetup
1 amp @ 208V$63.18per month
2 amps @ 208V$126.36per month
3 amps @ 208V$189.54per month
4 amps @ 208V$252.72per month
5 amps @ 208V$315.90per month

Sub-amp deployments are billed per watt at $0.3038/W — 50W is $15.19/month, 250W is $75.94/month.

Ports without transit

Use these when you bring your own transit or peer directly. A 1G port is included at no charge.

Ports without transit

10G port$20.00per month
40G port$65.00per month$75.00
100G port$125.00per month$200.00

Carrier-neutral facility — cross-connect to any provider in the building, or peer across our MASS-IX port.

IP transit

Billed on the 95th percentile from 50 Mbps. Volume discounts apply automatically at 2, 5, and 10 Gbps.

IP transit
ItemMonthlySetup
50 Mbps commit on a 1G port$5.53per month
1 Gbps commit$110.50per month
1 Gbps commit on a 10G port$130.50per month
4 Gbps commit on a 40G port — 10% off transit$462.80per month$75.00
10 Gbps commit on a 100G port — 20% off transit$1,009.00per month$200.00

Transit is $110.50 per committed Gbps before volume discounts: 10% off from 2 Gbps, 15% off from 5 Gbps, and 20% off from 10 Gbps. All tiers burst at $0.16 per Mbps on the 95th percentile.

Cross-connects to other providers in the building, non-standard power configurations, and hands-on work are quoted alongside your footprint. Prices are in USD and exclude tax.

How billing works

No surprises on the invoice.

The things that catch people out elsewhere, spelled out here instead.

Power is metered, not estimated

You pay for the amperage you commit to at 208V. Low-draw equipment can be billed per watt at $0.3038/W rather than rounded up to a full amp.

Transit is 95th percentile

We bill the 95th percentile, so short spikes do not set your bill. Above your commit you pay $0.16 per Mbps rather than getting throttled.

Space gets cheaper as you grow

Rack space is $10.00 per U per month, halving to $5.00 per U at ten units and above. A committed full cabinet is bundled below the à-la-carte total.

A 1G port costs nothing

Every footprint includes a 1G port at no monthly charge. You only pay for a port when you need 10G or faster.

Questions, answered

Colocation pricing questions

How the rate card works in practice, and what falls outside it.

How much does colocation cost to start?

A minimum footprint of one rack unit with one 208V amp and the included 1G port starts at about $73 per month. Larger footprints move onto volume space pricing and metered power.

What does a full cabinet cost?

A full 45U cabinet with 4kW of power and a single 10G uplink is $1,315.00 per month with a $2,250.00 setup charge. That bundle is priced below the sum of the same components bought individually.

How is IP transit billed?

IP transit is billed on the 95th percentile and starts at 50 Mbps for $5.53 per month. Commitments receive 10% off from 2 Gbps, 15% off from 5 Gbps, and 20% off from 10 Gbps; usage above commit is $0.16 per Mbps.

Are there charges beyond space, power, and transit?

Ports above 1G carry a monthly charge and, at 40G and 100G, a one-time setup charge. Cross-connects to other providers in the building and any hands-on work are quoted with the footprint.
