3.1 Contact and communications data
When you contact us, request a quote, or communicate with us, we may collect:

- the contents of your message or correspondence.
3.2 Billing and transaction data
If you purchase services from us, we may collect billing contact details, invoices, payment status, transaction identifiers, refund records, and chargeback or dispute records.
Payments are typically processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store complete payment card information on our own systems.

- service identifiers such as server IDs and assigned IP addresses;
- authentication and access logs;
- administrative action logs;
- network traffic metadata and security event data;

3.4 Website analytics and performance data
With your analytics consent, we use Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights to understand website usage, successful quote inquiries, and performance. These optional tools do not load before you opt in.
These tools may collect information such as page or route data, performance measurements, device type, operating system, browser information, network information, and country-level or regional request context.
3.5 Business visitor identification
With your separate consent, we use RB2B to identify businesses visiting our website and, where available, business contacts for sales outreach. RB2B may process IP addresses, device and browser information, page visits, and identifiers, and match visits with business or contact information. 3.6 Local storage and preferences
We may store interface preferences and your privacy choice in your browser using local storage or similar technologies.

10. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
Optional analytics and business visitor identification are off by default. Use the “Privacy choices” button on any page to accept, reject, or customize these purposes, or withdraw consent. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent browsing or submitting an inquiry.
We save your choice in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days, after which we ask again. A change to the consent notice may also require a new choice. Google Analytics may set cookies beginning with _ga, _gid, or _gat; RB2B may set _reb2bgeo, _reb2bloaded, _reb2bref, _reb2sessionID, _reb2buid, _reb2bfxf, _reb2btd, _reb2bli, _reb2bresolve, and _reb2butk.
Withdrawing consent reloads the page to stop the relevant tracking tools and removes known, accessible first-party tracking identifiers for the purposes you rejected. It does not erase information already sent to providers. Contact us about requests concerning previously collected information. Site delivery, security, and saving your privacy choice continue to operate.
If you disable cookies, scripts, local storage, or similar browser features, some website functionality or preferences may not work as intended.
11. Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
